I sent and email with this content to our mailing list so you should have seen this already but on the off chance that you missed it I have reproduced it again here.
Our next competition is this Thursday and I have heard from many of you that you are working hard to get images ready. With the new web site up and running the procedure to get your images registered to compete by getting entry numbers has changed slightly. We demonstrated it at a club meeting several meetings ago but now is the ultimate test. The Form used to get your entry numbers is in the "Member Area" of of the new web site so if you haven't already visited the new web site and registered your self then you might want to do that sooner instead of later. Unfortunately, the process of identifying members that register and assigning them permission to access the Member Area is still a manual process. You need to register and then give us a few hours to verify current membership status and update the permissions.
Here are some notes on getting your entry numbers for the competition:

The next competition date should be shown automatically.
The Number of hours left to submit and get an entry number is shown.
The first time you use this form you must enter your name.
Our competitions have 3 formats
Choose Black and White or
Choose Color Prints or
Choose Digital Projection
Enter the title of the image
If you choose Digital Projection you may upload the image
The image will not be resized so do your normal prep work
Pick the button indicting if you want comments or not
Press Submit and your entry number will appear below
You may return at any time and get additional numbers
You may return at any time and review the numbers you have received
That's it! Simpler than before more efficient for our scoring team.
